Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices that deal with People, Talent and the culture within Learning Ally. Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience in the field. She's worked alongside leaders across a variety of industries to help them grow their company, especially in times of high growth. Annmarie was a consultant to help translate the people and business strategies into goals, strategic plans and corporate-wide targets through performance and organizational management as well as employee engagement and transformation. She believes that learning is the most important aspect of the leadership process. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses to coach and develop managers, and achieving result, she was able to help create organizational cultures that embody changing and learning. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further aid in the mission of Learning Ally. When she is not working she offers support to a number of non-profit organizations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Annmarie also offers training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. This professional association is a non-profit organization that provides the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hotels that offer healthcare services.
