Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In just one year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her collection. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event, was delighted with the result. Ariel competed against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. In the beginning, she is warm before progressing to her working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. The way she achieves this is through supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
